SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders include free insured shipping — no minimum purchase, no exceptions.

Processing and Shipping Times

Order processing currently takes 1 to 3 business days. Our team is working to process every order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 7 to 10 business days.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Order Cancellation

To keep delivery times as short as possible, orders are sent to our fulfillment center for preparation almost immediately after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations are usually not possible once an order has been submitted. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@maisonwashington.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee that a change can be made before your order is processed.
